Day 1 

Welcome to Bordeaux and Indulge in the City’s Charm

Arrive in Bordeaux, where you will be met for the transfer to your centrally located hotel. Allow time to rest and relax after your day of travel, perhaps step out to explore your new enchanting neighborhood. Restaurants suggestions will be provided throughout

Day 2

Discover the Hidden Gems of Bordeaux

Daily breakfasts in each of your hotels. Enjoy your privately guided tour with your expert local guide. Time to explore this charming historic city and its iconic attractions, including the Monument aux Girondins, Place de la Bourse, the Grand Theater in Place de la Comedie, and many more. Free afternoon at leisure to stroll along the picturesque Garonne River, or walk down the famous Rue Sainte-Catherine, loaded with wonderful shops and eateries!

Day 3

Journey to the Beautiful Medieval Village of Saint Émilion

Enjoy your day trip to the charming Saint Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site to visit the famous Trinity Chapel, known for its medieval paintings, catacombs and the underground church! A wine stop is planned at the Clinet wineries to savor the local vintages!

Day 4

Get a Glimpse of La Garonne

​

A day dedicated to the South Shore of La Garonne! Pass hundreds of vineyards with time to stop on the way home! Visit the remarkable Dune du Pilat with a chance to climb to the top for great views! Then head to a aquaculture farm (commercial oyster raising). Also, consider a stop at Pichon Longueville winery on the way back to Bordeaux

Day 5

Savor the Authentic Flavor of Medoc

Spend your day at the north shore of Medoc to sample the exquisite wines. Tasting at Château Monconseil-Gazin, plus Bourceau Franck and many more! Promises to be a great day!!

Day 6

Venture to Lascaux and Dordogne River Valley

​

Journey back to prehistoric times to discover the Dordogne River Valley by visiting Lascaux, home to one of the world’s greatest Paleolithic cave paintings, these are said to have inspired Picasso! Enroute back to Bordeaux with a stop at the villages of the Dordogne Valley

Day 7

Travel to Paris

​

It’s under 3 hours train ride from Bordeaux to Paris, where you will meet your driver for the private transfer to your centrally located hotel (Left Bank preferred). Enjoy your leisurely free afternoon to explore this charming city

Lose Yourself in Paris’s Romantic Ambience

Meet your knowledgeable guide for a detailed private sightseeing through the City of Lights! Spend time visiting the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame, Champs-Elysee and more! Free time in the afternoon will give you a chance to explore the vibrant Left Bank along the river and many Impressionist collections that make Paris as one of the world's art cities!

Uncover the History of Versailles and Visit Claude Monet’s Gardens in Giverny

Ready for an exciting day exploring the stunning Louis’s XIV’s Palace of Versailles? Learn about Versailles history and the absolute monarchy of the Ancien Regime. Then, proceed to Giverny to tour the beautiful gardens that inspired the artist Monet and pay a visit to his charming house

Return Home

Transfer to the airport for your home-bound flights. Same day arrival in the USA. Welcome home!
