Terms & conditions
With any travel overseas, knowing various pieces of information
will ease your trip, help you understand your responsibilities, and help you
address the necessary detail of getting from one culture and part of the
world to another. Those details are below.
Logistics
Valid passport required
Transatlantic flights by major airline via Kennedy, Boston/Logan, Philadelphia, and Washington,
DC gateways. For west coast,
central, and southeast U.S.
departures, an additional fee is necessary to cover the cost of travel from
your location
Private airport/rail/hotel transfers at all points
Type A (or type-C if four passengers) rental automobile as per the
itinerary with unlimited mileage, all taxes, and CDW/PAI insurance
Base travel dates are January through March, November, and December
1-14. A supplemental fee is required for the period April, May, October, and
December 15-31, and a premium supplement fee is required for the period June-September
Accommodations
Twin/double with bath in well-located hotels
Triple/single rates by special request
Hotels may be substituted
Daily Continental breakfasts in all hotels
Expenses
For all of our trips, we ask for a $500 per person deposit by check
or American Express.
Trip insurance will be offered to you (which we highly recommend)
Local taxes & service charges included
